VPS with dedicated vCPU: cores no neighbour touches.
Every vCPU of your plan is pinned to your VPS alone, on AMD EPYC 9004/9005 processors with NVMe storage, in Amsterdam, Zurich or Bucharest. No ID, no card: an account number and a crypto top-up.
Where can I buy a VPS with dedicated CPU cores and pay in crypto?
At Cobaltfell, a VPS provider whose vCPU belong to one customer only, on AMD EPYC 9004/9005 processors launched from 2022. Four plans run from 2 to 16 dedicated vCPU, starting at $10.49 a month on the 12-month term (prices of 2 November 2026). You pay in BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC, XMR and never upload an ID.
Four plans, from 2 to 16 dedicated vCPU
Prices per month. Choose a term above the cards: 3, 6 or 12 months cost 10%, 20% or 30% less than paying month by month. Every plan is sold in Amsterdam, Zurich and Bucharest at the same price.
On a shared vCPU your work waits while another customer's VPS is busy, and Linux counts that wait as steal time. On a dedicated vCPU, steal time should sit at or near zero. We will publish the figure we measure on our own machines, with its date, and never an estimate.
Full load, as long as you need
Full load is allowed for as long as your work needs it: no CPU credits, no burst window and no throttling after some minutes at 100%. Builds, encoders and databases can hold 100% for days.
A named CPU family
AMD EPYC 9004/9005 (Zen 4 / Zen 5), a family first launched in November 2022. No silent move to an older node.
An account number signs you in, an email is optional, and nothing asks for a document or a selfie.
Built by a person, in minutes
Each VPS is set up by hand, never by a script left alone: 1 hour at most after your payment is confirmed; most VPS are ready within a few minutes.
Numbers before adjectives
Our own YABS and Geekbench 6 results, together with the steal time we measure, will be published with their date once our first test machine is delivered. Until then we quote no performance figure of our own.
How is a dedicated vCPU different from a shared one?
A shared vCPU is a slice of time on a processor thread that the host also hands to other virtual machines; a dedicated vCPU is a thread that no other machine is ever given. On a busy shared host, the hypervisor makes your VPS wait its turn. Inside the VPS that wait shows up as steal: the st figure of top and the %steal column of mpstat, as explained in what CPU steal time is and how to check it.
Steal is invisible in a quick test and costly over a day: builds run slower at peak hours than at night, and a database's slowest queries stretch while the host is busy. Pinning removes that variable; the difference between a shared and a dedicated vCPU goes through it.
At Cobaltfell: A vCPU is one hardware thread of the host processor. Yours are pinned one to one to your VPS and never lent to another customer, and the two threads of a physical core stay together, so every 2 vCPU make one whole core that no neighbour shares. The RAM of your plan is set aside for your VPS and is not overcommitted. You can check it yourself from the first login, with the commands below.
Watch steal time on any Linux VPS
# 'st' at the end of the %Cpu(s) line is the time stolen by the hypervisor
top -b -n 1 | head -n 5
# per-vCPU view, one sample a second for 10 seconds (package sysstat)
mpstat -P ALL 1 10
# which processor the VPS sees
lscpu | grep -E 'Model name|^CPU\(s\)|Thread'
What do two dedicated vCPU cost elsewhere?
According to Cobaltfell's survey of 2 November 2026, Fell 2 is priced against RDP.monster Swift, a 2-vCPU dedicated-CPU VPS on a 2022-or-newer processor at a host that takes crypto without ID, listed at $13.99 a month. Fell 2 costs $10.49 a month on the 12-month term and $14.98 month to month. The mainstream clouds below sell dedicated vCPU too, but they take cards, not crypto, or may ask for an ID.
Monthly prices as listed by each host on 2 November 2026; euro prices converted at 1 EUR = 1.1172 USD (ECB reference rate of 30 October 2026). "Dedicated" is each host's own word: nobody in this table, us included, has published a measurement yet.
Pick a plan, a term and a city at checkout, then send BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC, XMR: the top-up equals the price of that order. Minimum top-up $1.

Quick questions
Is a dedicated vCPU a whole CPU core?
A vCPU is one hardware thread of the host processor. Yours are pinned one to one to your VPS and never lent to another customer, and the two threads of a physical core stay together, so every 2 vCPU make one whole core that no neighbour shares. Fell 8, for example, holds 8 threads, which is 4 whole physical cores.
Can my VPS run at 100% CPU all the time?
Yes. Full load is allowed for as long as your work needs it: no CPU credits, no burst window and no throttling after some minutes at 100%. Mining any cryptocurrency is not allowed, on any plan and with any software. Your own heavy CPU work, such as builds, encoding, inference or databases, may run at full load, and a node that only validates a blockchain is not mining.
Which processor runs a Cobaltfell VPS?
Every plan runs on AMD EPYC 9004/9005 server processors (Zen 4 / Zen 5), a family first launched in November 2022; a VPS is never moved to an older node without telling you first. lscpu shows the model from your first login.
How soon is my VPS ready after I pay?
A member of the team builds each VPS by hand once the payment is confirmed, a job of minutes rather than seconds: the dashboard shows the progress, then the IP address once the VPS boots. 1 hour at most after your payment is confirmed; most VPS are ready within a few minutes.
Which coins can I pay with?
BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC, XMR, through a prepaid balance with a minimum top-up of $1. Credit on your balance does not expire and renews any of your VPS. When a top-up is only made to reach the minimum, the unspent part comes back on request within 30 days of payment, in USDT or USDC. The rest of a balance is not paid out unless the law requires it.
Pick the height of your ridge
Fell 2 $10.49, Fell 4 $19.49, Fell 8 $38.24 and Fell 16 $129.87 a month on the 12-month term. Dedicated vCPU, paid in crypto, no ID.
